Do you sell a unique product or have a business you would like to promote? Campbellford Fair offers vendor opportunities for both indoor and outdoor spaces.
We welcome a variety of vendors, including artisans, makers, and retailers to be a part of this well-attended community event.
Interested vendors are encouraged to complete and submit the application form as soon as possible, as spaces are limited.

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS
Each Food Vendor is required to complete a Special Event form for the Health Unit (below). Please complete and return with contract. FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 1st, 2026.
2026 Notification of Food Premises Opening Form
The Municipality of Trent Hills requires food vendors to complete and submit the food vendor application form below in order to operate a mobile food truck in the Municipality of Trent Hills, the following vehicle checklist must also be met. Please complete the forms below and return with contract and the CSAS will submit to the municipality of Trent Hills. FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 1st, 2026.
