FOOD TRUCK VENDORS
Each Food Vendor is required to complete a Special Event form for the Health Unit (below). Please complete and return with contract. FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 1st, 2025.
2025 Notification of Food Premises Opening Form
The Municipality of Trent Hills requires food vendors to complete and submit the food vendor application form below in order to operate a mobile food truck in the Municipality of Trent Hills, the following vehicle checklist must also be met. Please complete the forms below and return with contract and the CSAS will submit to the municipality of Trent Hills. FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 1st, 2025.
